This highly anticipated, FREE seven-week outdoor concert series kicks off on July 8th and runs until August 19th, and will feature an impressive lineup of award-winning musicians and vocalists.
Celeste Barbier kicks off the series
First to perform on July 8th is Celeste Barbier, a professional vocalist and entertainer who works as a soloist for weddings, galas, corporate and private events. She also performs at all types of public venues including restaurants, wineries, resorts and more.
Celeste sings “the soundtrack of our lives,” covering popular soulful folk, jazz, pop and blues hits from the past 100 years of music. She was classically trained as a vocalist at Chapman University. She is also a singer songwriter and recording artist with two recently released albums.
Many of the artists have local ties and include big name such as Lee Coulter, Justin Froese, Gaby Aparicio, Hullabaloo, Lola Kristine, and Evan Diamond.

Summer and Songs will take place on Thursday evenings at The Village at Pacific Highlands Ranch in the outdoor Village Square located between Pacific Standard and Death by Tequila. Guests will be able to dine on the restaurants’ patios as they enjoy the concert or relax at outdoor tables and seating in the Village Square.
