Trust Restaurant, celebrating 5 years in Hillcrest this month, is reopening on Thursday, February 25 at 5PM. Drink and dine at Trust Restaurant Group’s flagship concept for dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 5PM – 9PM and brunch Saturday & Sunday from 9AM-2PM (closed Monday/Tuesday). The current menu features Trust signatures including Wood Grilled Cauliflower, Ricotta Agnolotti and Braised Oxtail Raviolini.
Chef Brad Wise has also unveiled several new dishes for dinner such as Smoked & Braised Lamb Shoulder with grains, cucumber, feta, mint, cilantro & charred jalapeño yogurt, and naan; Mushroom Gnudi with ricotta, anasazi beans, crisp hominy, kale, sherry and mushroom jus; and Spiced Pork Tenderloin with kimchi brussels, persian cucumber, pickled shrimp, orange emulsion and fennel.
