Come celebrate Saint Archer Brewing’s 8th Anniversary for an entire weekend, September 24th-26th.
They’ll be releasing their 8th Anniversary Cold IPA and will have plenty of beer specials, live art, food trucks, and an all-around great time. All are welcome, friends, family, and your four-legged furry family members…it’s a Family Reunion!
8th Anniversary Cold IPA
For their 8th Anniversary, the goal was to produce a beer that was crisp and easy to drink while still having a fun and complex hop character. The result: Cold IPA!
Cold IPA is brewed with pilsner malt and German lager yeast to give it that light-bodied, crisp lager feel but loaded it with some diverse hop varietals to mimic the all popular IPA. This hop bill includes Mandarina Bavaria, Amarillo, Citra and Centennial which give off enticing aromas of tangerine, light citrus zest and mellow peach, all supported by a pleasant floral background. It ends with a clean, light spicy bitterness to round it all out and make you crave that next sip!
