Created by GBOD Hospitality Group beverage director and Prohibition lead bartender, Ryan Andrews, the new hand-crafted cocktails include:
- Peaches and Crème, made with FEW Breakfast Gin, Giffard Crème de Peche De Vigne, lemon and orgeat.
- The Band Broke Up, a blend of El Silencio Mezcal, lemon, honey, blackberries and R&D Fire Bitters.
- Cuban Swizzle, a combination of Rumhaven, Green Chartreuse, lime, demerara and pineapple.

The new drinks are supported by a menu categorized by spirit and more cocktails that highlight the San Diego’s sunny mindset, such as
- Orange Julias Ceasar, made with You & Yours Sunday Gin, lemon, honey and Magdala egg white.
- Strrraarrgghhmmy Navy, a combination of Rives Pink Strawberry Gin, lemon, orgeat and R&D house bitters.

To add extra buzz to the evening, Prohibition hosts live music performances by B-Side Players’ Karlos Paez and Friends on Wednesdays, Lightning Room Sessions hosted by Shane Hall on Thursdays, and Sunday Solos Sessions hosted by Shane Hall on Sundays, each beginning at 9PM.
