Indulge in West Coast BBQ flavors, along with wine and whiskey from top makers during the all-inclusive celebration that gives a nod to Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa’s horse ranch heritage.

It wouldn’t be a Whiskey & Wine party without plenty of each to choose from! Sip on wine from Trinitas Cellars’ best blends from Napa Valley, sample whiskeys, and personal reserve bourbon. A growing list of beverage partners includes Angels Envy, Bulleit Bourbon, Jack Daniels, Jameson and more!
You’ll need a good foundation for that whiskey and wine, so kick-off this southern-style feast under the stars with appetizers including Candied Bacon Deviled Eggs, Oyster Shooters, Key Lime Cocktails and Cheddar Cheese Gougeres.
For Entrees, try the Lobster Hush Puppies, New Orleans Gumbo, Red Wine Marinated Tri-Tip/Roasted Potatoes/Collard Greens, Bacon Mac-N-Cheese, Barbeque Shrimp & Grits and Shake & Bake Chicken with Buttermilk Biscuits/Bourbon Honey.
End the night with treats including Fondue Sticks with Marshmallow/Strawberry/Pound Cake/Rice Krispies, Milk & Dark Chocolate/Assorted Toppings, Mini Pecan Pie, Peach Cobbler and Vanilla Gelato.
The event will also feature live music allowing guests to spend a relaxing evening by the bonfire, listen to some good tunes, and enjoy delicious sips and bites.
