The holidays are almost upon us, and this year we are finally going to be able to get back to many of our old traditions and gatherings that make the holidays so special – like shopping local! And there will be no better place to do it than the annual San Diego Made Holiday Market, making its return as San Diego’s largest handmade shopping experience on November 13th!
About San Diego Made
San Diego Made is an artist collective organization that aims to increase awareness of and opportunities for local artists and makers within the San Diego community through its brick-and-mortar location in Logan Heights, an online directory of local makers and artists, hosting local events, and providing professional development opportunities.
Shop local!
San Diego Made’s Holiday Market is a handmade shopping experience where you can knock out much of your holiday shopping, support San Diego’s local makers, and have a great time – all in one stop.
The event will feature 85+ local curated makers, a large floral installation by Lolita in Bloom, holiday photo opportunities, a craft cocktail bar by Snake Oil Cocktails, beer sponsored by Sierra Nevada, a food truck lot featuring Eat Your Heart Out and E.L.E. Burger, live music by Puerto and La Boogie Buena, an interactive art installation by Justin Huelbig, and more!
New venue!
This year’s Holiday Market will take place at the beautiful JULEP Venue for the first time. There will be a beautifully styled lounge sponsored by 510(c)3 Humble Designs with views of the bay off the back deck of the venue.
This event is family-friendly and entry is $5. Kids under 10 are free! All guests that make a purchase from a vendor will get a handmade door gift (while supplies last) and entry into a free raffle for handmade prizes.
Official proof of vaccination will be required at the door, or guests must wear a mask while indoors at the event. COVID safety measures will be in place in accordance with city and state regulations to ensure a safe environment for sellers and attendees.
More information and presale tickets can be found here.
See you there, San Diego!
