TrustedHousesitters, the largest and most trusted pet care community of its kind, is hosting a Howl-O-Ween celebration at the Little Italy Dog Park. Attendees will enjoy the Woof Booth photobooth, caricature drawings of their pets by Marco, complimentary embroidered bandanas for the first 40 people from Lucrecia, and paw paintings. Raffles will also be taking place throughout the day with tickets being available for $1. Proceeds from the raffles will benefit The Animal Pad (TAP), a 100% volunteer-based local non-profit, all breed dog rescue focusing on saving dogs from high kill shelters and the streets of Mexico.
Help make a difference for our furry friends
“We love being able to partner with the Little Italy Dog Park and Dogs of Instagram to help make a difference in the life of rescue dogs!” said Angela Laws, award-winning community manager of TrustedHousesitters and fellow pet sitter. “The Little Italy community always welcomes us with open arms and it’s clear they love and value pets as much as we do! This will be our biggest event yet and we can’t wait to see the beautiful portraits from the photobooth and the PAWmazing art the pups will create during the PAW paintings!”

The Howl-o-Ween celebration is free and open to the public. Raffle prizes include: a TrustedHousesitters premium membership, a Lucrecia dog embroidered sweatshirt, and more! Little Italy is home to over 3,000 pups, many of them rescue pets, and its historic dog park is a must-visit for all pet owners. The park is a safe and enclosed space for dogs to play freely and meet up with the other neighborhood dogs. It also offers shade-filled places for pet owners to sit, including community-sponsored benches and a well-maintained surface.
