Friends. Family. Turkey. All the trimmings. Trust Restaurant Group’s Chef Brad Wise is offering a multi-course menu focused on classic Thanksgiving dishes prepared in his signature style. Expect bold flavors, hearth-roasted
proteins and veggies, and comforting, yet elevated desserts. Each Cardellino dish represents one of his restaurants: the beet salad comes from Fort Oak, the stuffing from The Wise Ox, and the cauliflower casserole from Trust. The 20-pound turkey, sourced locally, will come brined and ready for the oven. All other sides and dishes will be precooked and will just need to be reheated before dinner. Foolproof reheating and serving instructions will be included for each dish.

If you are searching for another fine dining option, Mille Fleurs Executive Chef Michael Moritz’s curated prix fixe menu is perfect for the occasion, featuring a mix of traditional Thanksgiving fare like Roasted Fresh & Organic Diestel Farm Turkey or Pepper-Crusted Prime Beef Filet with the Mille Fleurs classics you know and love, such as the famous Wienerschnitzel or Smoked Sturgeon on Garden Greens.

San Diego’s favorite Sicilian family, the Busalacchis, are simplifying Thanksgiving this year by taking cooking off your to-do list, and offering a family-style meal for pickup from their Little Italy hotspot, Barbusa. Available for pre-order now through November 23rd, the meal will feature four courses, as well as a variety of traditional Thanksgiving sides. Designed to feed a family of four, the meals cost $199, and include everything you need for a delicious Sicilian-style feast at home.
Each family meal will feature four servings of an Entree, Green, Pasta, and Sweet course, along with sides of Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Stuffing, and Cranberry Sauce. Entree options include Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, Honey Baked Ham, and Short Rib, with guests choosing from Green options like Busalacchi Caesar Salad, Creamy Spinach Amaldine, and Balsamic Brussel Sprouts, and Pasta options including Truffle Mac & Cheese, Pasta Al Forno, and Baked Ziti. What better way to celebrate Thanksgiving with friends and family than feasting on locally and seasonally sourced cuisine created by Executive Julian Quiñones at 20|Twenty restaurant located at The Westin Carlsbad Resort & Spa. Guests are invited to enjoy a lavish Thanksgiving spread, featuring modern dishes such as savory spinach and frisée salad with roast pear, shaved fennel, pepitas, goat cheese, and apple ginger-vinaigrette; fall harvest root vegetable quinoa coconut curry; pan-seared True Striped Bass with pasilla & piquillo pepper Romesco sauce; and cabernet braised short rib with celery root puree. At Callie, Chef Travis Swikard and his culinary team have come up with a festive Thanksgiving feast. In the spirit of sharing and celebrating the season’s bounty, Chef has curated a special family-style spread complete with many traditional holiday favorites and Callie-influenced seasonal takes on the classics. Highlights of the shareable feast include: free-range heritage Diestel turkey with Tuscan sage sausage and brown butter-cranberry sauce; housemade pumpkin ravioli with brown butter, sage, ricotta salata and amaretti crumble; braised Moroccan lamb shank with apricots, almonds and cilantro; slow-baked salmon with pomegranate, pistachio and dill; and pumpkin cheesecake mousse for dessert.
Even more, guests will get a leftover turkey sandwich with all of the fixings to take home for the next day (or a midnight snack). An a la carte menu will also be available at the bar for walk-ins only.

Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa
For those looking to escape to an hacienda-style retreat and be hosted rather than host, Greenfinch Restaurant at Estancia La Jolla Hotel & Spa will be offering Thanksgiving Brunch from 10AM to 3PM on Thanksgiving day. Brunch is $85 for adults and free for children under 5. For children over 5, their age is the price. Have a seat in Greenfinch’s garden view dining room or patio while you sip on a mimosa or bloody mary and enjoy cured meats and cheese, a smoked fish station, eggs made to order, a french toast station, carving station, desserts and more! Estancia is also offering a traditional Thanksgiving dinner at the Baja-inspired restaurant, Mustangs and Burros from 4PM to 10PM on Thanksgiving. Limited reservations remain.
Valentina
For those looking for a less traditional Thanksgiving meal, Valentina, Leucadia’s casual European-style bistro, is serving their classic menu all Thanksgiving long, where diners can expect to enjoy fresh oysters, steak tartare, steak frites and more bistro favorites paired with the extensive wine collection featuring a rotating list of worldly wines and natural wines in addition to a large selection of legendary, well-known and worldly bubbles supporting the idea that bubbles are not just for celebration, but to be enjoyed with all of your favorite dishes!
In addition to its classic menu, Valentina will offer a few specials, including Chef Jonathon’s Thanksgiving Plate featuring mashed potatoes, herb stuffing, bacon green beans, glazed acorn squash, cranberry sauce, and sage gravy. Vistal, the InterContinental San Diego’s signature restaurant, invites guests to enjoy their Thanksgiving feast in true SoCal fashion, overlooking the water and taking in sweeping views of the San Diego Bay. The restaurant is offering a three-course pre-fixe menu for the holiday, which will include all the classic Thanksgiving fixings. Guests can choose from options such as Endive and Apple Salad and Autumn Squash Veloute to start, entree options including Pickle Brined Diestel Turkey and Mushroom and Sweet Corn Risotto, and dessert options like Pumpkin Cheesecake.
The menu costs $75 for adults, and $35 for children 12 and under, and a wine pairing can also be added for an additional $35 per person. Reservations can be made via Vistal’s website here, and both outdoor dining on the restaurant’s terrace and indoor dining are available.
La Valencia Prix Fixe
Celebrate Thanksgiving with your loved ones at the iconic Pink Lady, La Valencia, perched overlooking La Jolla cove and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy Chef Timothy Ralphs’ three-course prix fixe menu of holiday favorites, including Curried Kabocha Squash Soup, Free-Range Turkey served with whipped potatoes and sweet potatoes, French Green Beans, Baby Carrots, Cornbread Stuffing, Buttermilk Gravy and Cranberry, and Beef Tenderloin served with Fingerlings, Cauliflower, Pumpkin and Cippolini. Plus, choose from Carrot Cake, Pumpkin Pie or Chocolate Souffle Cake for dessert.

barleymash will be hosting a three-course Thanksgiving dinner, for $45 per person, beginning at 2PM. The first course at the Gaslamp spot consists of your choice of carrot ginger soup, house salad or Caesar salad. The main course is a delicious Andouille Stuffed Turkey Roulade, with Wild Turkey-brown butter gravy, garlic mashed potatoes, brown ale biscuits stuffing, Brussels sprout casserole, roasted baby carrots, and habanero-cranberry jelly. For the third course, choose between Chocolate Chip Bourbon Peacan Pie and Caramel Dutch Apple Pie. There will also be a kid’s meal available for $20!
Duck Dive
Kick off the Thanksgiving holiday with Duck Dive‘s F.R.I.E.N.D.S. trivia on November 17th, the beach bar will have a fun and festive themed cocktail menu for the night! Then celebrate Thanksgiving Day at the beach with $25 Traditional Turkey Dinner plate! Gather to give thanks for friends, family, and French cuisine at Bleu Bohème this Thanksgiving. We invite guests to show gratitude for family, friends and French cuisine with a three-course, prix fixe Thanksgiving menu and festive cocktail, available from noon to 4PM exclusively on Thursday, Nov. 25.
The Thanksgiving menu, crafted by owner and executive chef, Ken Irvine, will feature traditional dishes with French twists, priced at $68.95 per person and $24.95 for children under 12. A limited-edition, pumpkin-themed cocktail will also be available for the celebration.
The holiday dinner will begin with a choice of appetizer: pumpkin-hominy soup with crispy parsnips and chive crème fraiche; fresh gold and red beet salad with sesame chèvre chaude, shaved fennel, rocket greens, candied hazelnuts and Fuji apple dressing; crab croquette with jicama remoulade, tomato-rocket salad and saffron aioli; or house-made duck pâté, pork terrine de campagne, pickled vegetables, croutons, olives and Dijon mustard.
Entrée choices will include Diestel Family Ranch turkey from Sonora, California with the breast roasted with fresh herbs, legs and thighs prepared “confit” style, served with fresh root vegetables, pommes purée, savory wild mushroom bread pudding and white wine gravy; Faroe Island salmon served with ratatouille, roasted amarosa fingerling potatoes and beurre blanc sauce; beef short rib in red wine, mushrooms, house-smoked bacon, carrots, baby potatoes and caramelized pearl onions; Shiitake and oyster mushroom raviolis with sauteed fresh spinach, espelette, tomato relish, fines herbes and white wine cream sauce; and Moulard duck leg confit with roasted broccolini, beluga lentil, pork belly and apple balsamic reduction.
To finish the meal on a sweet note, there will be a selection of four desserts available. They include dark Callebaut chocolate mousse with seasonal red berries; crème brûlée made with rich vanilla custard and a crunchy sugar crust; warm gingerbread with strawberry confiture and caramel ice cream; and warm brioche bread pudding with caramelized apples, raisins and white chocolate.
Guests will be invited to indulge in a special holiday cocktail. The Pumpkin Pie Martini, priced at $16, will be made with Absolut vanilla vodka, pumpkin spice liqueur, Kahlua, butterscotch schnapps, half and half and crushed graham cracker rim.

The Wise Ox
The Wise Ox by Trust Restaurant Group will be offering Diestel Farms Turkeys for Thanksgiving. Best of all they have culinary experts that can offer tips and tricks to cooking this premium bird.
Available to pre-order starting Monday, October 25, these all-natural, slow-grown birds are known to be some of the finest turkeys around. Raised in the Sierra Nevada Foothills, Diestel turkeys are fed an all-vegetarian blend of grains, meaning they are tender, juicy, and full of flavor. At The Wise Ox, they’ll be selling 20-ish pound birds for pick up between Monday, November 22 and Wednesday, November 24 during normal shop hours.
