The world’s top professional female surfers — including members of the first-ever USA Olympic Surfing Team — will be back in Oceanside for the 15th annual Nissan Super Girl Surf Pro, a World Surf League (WSL) Women’s Qualifying Series (QS).
Established in 2007 as a showcase for women in action sports, the Super Girl Pro Series is the only large-scale all-women’s action sports, esports and lifestyle series in the world. Developed as a celebration of female strength and empowerment, the platform has grown into a series of five incredible festivals centered around providing social, athletic, cultural, educational, business, and entertainment opportunities for young women in areas where they are traditionally underrepresented.
Pro Surfers, including Carissa Moore, Caroline Marks, Sage Erickson, Tatiana Weston-Webb, Tia Blanco (The Ultimate Surfer TV series) and former local champs, Caitlin Simmers (Oceanside) and Samantha Sibley (San Clemente) are expected to compete. Plus, celebrity surfers, music artists + more!
Jam-packed with world-class surfing competition and fun!
The free, family-friendly 3-day event will be jam-packed with world-class surfing competition and entertainment, including: 20 live concerts, a family-friendly festival village, celebrity surf invitational, extended adaptive surfing event, annual Super Girl Gamer Pro esports tournament, Super Girl Skate Pro skateboarding contest, women’s beach soccer, free classes, speakers, art & panel discussions promoting female empowerment.
