The French know that the perfect way to celebrate National Red Wine Day is with wine in your glass and in your dish! Bleu Bohème, one of San Diego’s most highly-regarded French restaurants for years, will celebrate the day by pairing its house syrah with a signature dish, boeuf bourguignon, available exclusively on Saturday, Aug. 28th.

Bleu Bohème blends the Bohemian and artistic free-spirited left bank of Paris with the roots and tradition of the rural areas of France, serving comforting French cuisine by chef and restaurateur, Ken Irvine. Bleu Bohème has been named “Best French Restaurant” by San Diego Magazine, San Diego Reader and the California Restaurant Association most years since 2010, and Irvine is the only person to hold the distinction of being named the California Restaurant Association’s “Restaurateur of the Year” and “Chef of the Year.”
