Sponsor a veteran to play
The 2021 golf outing will include hole-in-one, putting and driving contests along with novelties like ‘Hot Shot Cannon.’ Golfers can also improve their game with ‘hit with a pro’ and the Trackman Video Swing Analysis. For $175 per player, lunch, cart, greens fees, dinner, and a 19th hole celebration are all included. The community can sponsor a veteran to play for $175 or make a donation to support the event.

A roof under our heroes’ head
The City and County of San Diego have not only one of the highest population of veterans, but also one of the highest number of homeless veterans. Wounded Warrior Homes’ aim is to alleviate the growing stress of unsheltered vets in California by providing transitional housing to these veterans. Poverty ranks as the leading factor in veteran homelessness. Civilian jobs tend to be hard to transition into, making it hard to earn a living wage. The most serious cause for veteran homelessness is Traumatic Brain Injury and/or Post Traumatic Stress.
